Postural Reconstruction®

All my treatments are one-on-one. Each session is individual, dependant on the clients specific problems and their own ability. I try to discover the source of pain and work on fixing a possible underlying cause. This work makes small changes slowly over time. Therefore, very often this means that the changes are stable and long-lasting.

What to Expect

Initial appointments are 90-120 minutes long. The first session will include a conversation between us to record a detailed history. It will also include some preliminary work using one or two simpler PR® manoeuvers and some early instruction of a working exhalation that is integral to a PR® treatment session.

Follow-up appointments are 60 – 90 minutes long. Your follow-up sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis.

A usual course of treatment generally requires between 12 – 20 therapeutic sessions or 3-6 months.

Fees

Initial Appointments :

$125.00 for 90-120 minutes

$110.00 for 60-90 minutes

Payment

I accept cash, cheque, email transfer, credit and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

I prefer 24 hours cancellation or change notice. I may have to charge the full fee with less than 24 hours’ notice. I will allow special consideration for sudden, unforeseen illness or other emergencies.

Extended Health Plans

As I am a registered physiotherapist licensed to practice in the province of BC, any extended health plan coverage can apply to my treatments. There are a few companies for which I am a vendor. It may be possible to direct bill for you, but I handle this on a case by case basis

MSP Coverage

If you are eligible for MSP coverage, treatment fees are to be paid directly by the patient. We submit an online form triggering MSP to reimburse you, the patient $23 per visit for up to 10 visits per calendar year.
